2. Purpose
The general conditions of sale described below detail the rights and obligations of Malero-Guitare and its users in connection with the sale of the following products: subscription to the members area
Any service performed by Malero-Guitare implies the buyer's unreserved acceptance of these general conditions of sale.

3. Regarding the products
The characteristics of the products offered for sale are presented on the member area registration page. All texts and images presented on Malero-Guitare are reserved, for the whole world, under copyright and intellectual property rights; their reproduction, even partial, is strictly prohibited.

4. Regarding prices
On the registration page for the members area, the prices are indicated in euros, all taxes included. Malero-Guitare reserves the right to modify its prices at any time, but the products ordered are invoiced at the price in effect when the order is recorded.

5. Terms of payment
Payments are made via Stripe and Paypal. In the context of payments by bank cards, users' bank details are only used by the payment provider on secure servers. Malero-Guitare does not store or record in any way the banking data of these users.

6. Withdrawal period
In accordance with Article L121-20-2 of the Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for digital content not provided on a physical medium. Malero-Guitare nevertheless undertakes to reimburse any registration in the member area if the buyer requests it to malero@malero-guitare.com within 24 hours of payment.
